Tractors and Toys

In 2009, the worlds largest tractor left the wheat fields of Big Sandy, MT to tour farm shows and events. The first stop was in Rantoul, IL where the 16V-747 showed a crowd of 60,000 its true might by pulling a 15 bottom plow at 8.5 miles per hour. The 16V-747 is a monster in the field powered by a Silver Series Detroit 16V92T. In 2011 the Williams Brothers fitted the engine with new injectors which increased the horsepower to 1100 HP. The new Silver Series Detroit 1100 HP decal replaced the 900 HP decal on the tractor, which had replaced the original 760 HP decal when the Williams Brothers increased the horsepower when they first purchased the 16V-747 and brought it back to Montana.
